The New York Department of Transportation and Village of Sloatsburg will resume the Complete Streets Project on Tuesday, February 13, at 6 p.m. at the Sloatsburg Municipal Building.

The Village Board will host the NYSDOT for a status update on the Sloatsburg Complete Streets project.

When last Sloatsburger met on the project, the NYSDOT and village had come to a consensus on the Route 17 traffic safety and calming solutions that were to include crosswalks, bike lanes, lowering the speed limit, and a discussion on steps to narrow Route 17 through the center village to two lanes, with a third center turning lane that would provides safe turning  lanes.
