The Tuxedo Hudson Company has announced the opening of its new Blue Barn Organic Farm Stand, beginning this Saturday and Sunday, August 6 and 7, from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.

Part of the French Resistance Coffee House & Cafe property, the Blue Barn Organic Farm market is an effort provide farm fresh goods to the local community while the THC continues to transform the historical Waldron property into a restaurant and cafe.
