Most days finds him at the Real American Dry Cleaners located in Sloatsburg’s center village — just a stone’s throw from the Library. Jason is in the process of creating the interior for his new home decor showroom which will be located inside the storefront of Real American Dry Cleaners — the cleaner’s occupies part of the old hardware store which is itself the historical Henry Club, built by some 180 members of the Carpenter’s Union, Mason’s Union and Painter’s Union back in 1911.

Livanis is also a foodie who believes the area’s appetite might be right for eclectic artisan fine dining. He’s ready to hang a Coming Soon sign for locally staged tasting events for couples that feature local artists, popular chefs and imaginative fine dining.
