Rockland Peak Performance under co-owner Nunzio Signore’s leadership has become a powerhouse in the strength and conditioning field. RPP, located at the south entrance of Sloatsburg, NY, just added 4,500 square feet of space.

Nunzio Signore is building quite a strength and conditioning sports performance facility just outside Sloatsburg along Route 17. Since Signore got Rockland Peak Performance rolling in 2012, the facility has become a beacon for team and individual fitness training.

Many Sloatsburgers make their way weekly to a rigorous RPP class or two.

RPP has become a healthy hive of activity, complete with high school team training programs, renowned elite baseball and elite hockey trainig programs, and pitching lab that draws elite college and professional attention and attendance.

Signore, along with partner Bahram Shirazi, just expanded RPP’s already spacious 12,000 square foot facility, swallowing up most of the building space that sits across from Auntie Els south of Sloatsburg. RPP now boasts some 16,000 square feet of space.

The 4,500 square foot expansion includes all new turf lanes, new hitting lanes for baseball, improved lighting for the Pitching Lab, and a doubling of space for the weight room. The RPP expansion also provides space for physical therapy.a performance enhancement specialist certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM),

RPP sucks, training superstars for free doesn’t make you a good trainer, it makes you a sellout
