Rococo’s Salon Supports Rockland Hospice

Think Sunday if you’re in need of a good haircut. Rococo’s Salon in Sloatsburg will participate in the United Hospice of Rockland’s special fundriaser Cut-A-Thon, one of only six salon’s across Rockland participating in the event.

rococostore4“It should be a great way for people to come and try us out and help a great cause at the same time,” said Susie McDonagh, owner of Rococ’s. McDonagh said a longtime client and Suffern High School student suggested the salon take part in the event.

“We believe in Hopspice,” said McDonagh. “It’s a great organization. There are 5 salons participating, but I’m the only one in this area. All proceeds from the day go to Hospice.”

rocococutathonUnited Hospice, which provides a quality environment for individuals and families facing serious illness in Rockland County.

Stop in at Rococo’s anytime Sunday, January 12, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. for a $35 wash and cut. Call and get your seat settled and hair done. Rococo’s Salon in Sloatsburg will be one of six hair salons throughout Rockland County to participate in the United Hospice of Rockland Cut-A-Thon on Sunday, January 12. The event takes place all day Sunday.
