Posted on 26 March 2012 by Editor

The Sloatsburg Elementary School PTA will hold it’s highly anticipated Bingo Night this Friday, March 30 at the school — yes, the end of March is already upon us. An essential volunteer organization that helps maintain Sloatsburg Elementary School as a key community resource and attraction, the PTA works closely with the school’s faculty and principal to ensure that Sloatsburg children receive a rich educational and cultural experience.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and Friday’s Bingo Night begins at 7:30 in the school’s gym. The evening also features a Ticket and Silent Auction, with ticket winners being called out in between bingo games. The Ticket Auction begins in the school cafeteria at 6:30 p.m. and run an hour long. The Silent Auction will be held in the school library and runs from 6:30 p.m. through 8:30 p.m. Auction items include sporting event tickets, local restaurant gift certificates, vendor baskets, and more.

Bingo Night is one of the PTA’s largest fundraising events of the year, so plan to join in or drop by to make  a donation in support of a very good cause.
