Ramapo River Watershed Keeper Geoff Welch will give a slide presentation on Torn Mountain on Sunday, January 19, at 1 p.m. at the Lautenberg Visitors Center at Sterling Forest State Park.

The most majestic peak in the Ramapo Mountains, Torne Mountain’s scenic beauty was depicted by several leading artists of the Hudson River School back in yonder years when the Western Ramapo was sparsely settled.

Join Ramapo River Watershed Keeper, Geoff Welch, for a Sunday afternoon presentation slideshow as he tells the tale of Torne through images.
