Oscar Winfrey and family invite you to Arden Hill’s weekend-long Fall Festival.

Oscar Winfrey and his wife Lindsay operate the expansive Arden Hill Nursery along Rt. 17 just north of Sloatsburg. When the couple first saw the property their thoughts turned to all of the interesting activities they could use it for — festivals, concerts, holiday parties.

This long Columbus Day weekend, part of the Winfrey’s vision has been put into action.

Live music includes Dave Dowling on Saturday through 3 p.m. Franklin turnpike plays Sunday, October 13, from 11 a.m. through 3 p.m. And Monday, October 14, features Ray Longchamp, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

If you haven’t visited the rambling nursery, here’s a good opportunity to take a weekend drive, see the changing leaves and stop in for a visit. There’ll be lots to see and do. The family friendly festival will have something for everyone.
