The week of March 8th through the 14th is being proclaimed as National Catholic Sisters Week. On behalf of the Village of Sloatsburg, Mayor Car Wright has extended a community-wide invitation to attend a special ceremony on Tuesday, March 8, at the Municipal Building at 7:30 p.m.
The Village will express its appreciation to the Sisters Servants of Mary Immaculate for contributions to the quality of life in and around the Village. The Sisters Servants in Sloatsburg property serves as a world-wide pilgrimage center, retreat and senior center.
